How Custom Tailoring works
HOW IT WORKS
Book Appointment - Book yourself an appointment with Mabia Designer by either one of the following means
- book appointment from our website,

With appointment request, please mention your preferred date, time, the dress you want (review Mabia Design Studio, Mabia Brands & Fabrics section for designs), and mode of appointment (direct appointment at Mabia Boutique or Online appointment). For direct appointment with Creative Head, minimum 15 days prior booking is required.
Appointment confirmation will be sent through whatsapp / email based on the contact details provided by you. Based on the product required, time will be allotted for consultation / designing.
Consultation & Designing – Consultation & designing will be provided by Mabia designers under the guidance of Mabia’s Creative Head. Each and every Mabia design will be 100% vetted by Creative Head.
Designers will guide you to choose the best Style which suits you, the fabrics which can be used to create that style, and prepare detailed designs to make you visualise the dream dress you want. She will also take your measurements to ensure perfect fit.
For consultation done online, whatsapp or skype will be used to discuss and create the designs. Our online design team will walk you through our fabric store, suggest different options and ensure that you feel as if you are visiting our Boutique directly. Measurements can be easily taken by yourself with support of someone near you as per the measurement table (available in footer of Home page) and send to us. Our designers will guide you to do this easily and comfortably.
Orders will be booked based on the consultation. Orders are confirmed only when advance payment (50% of the initial estimate for tailoring and 100% of the cost for fabrics / accessories) are received by us. Normal delivery period will be 15 days based on the volume. However orders on Express basis ( less than 7 days) are also booked with an extra 25% charges on Tailoring & all labor charges.
Once you complete the payment and hand over your fabric - leave the rest to us. We’ll get working on your custom clothing.
Delivery – As per delivery schedule your dresses will be made ready. If it is direct delivery at Boutique, you will be called and informed when your dress is ready and can be collected. You can visit at your convenience, try the dress and take delivery. For online orders, dresses will be delivered through courier.
